TECA's mandate is to offer the residential heating, cooling and ventilation industry up-to-date training courses and a collective voice in local and provincial issues. Our mission is to see safe, efficient, and comfortable heating, cooling and ventilation systems installed in residential dwellings. We believe that only through the establishment of proper training programs and enforcement of minimum standards will the public be assured that such systems are indeed installed.
