  • Jobsite pipe beveling requires a method for quick, consistent bevels. When operators need to move fast from one pipe to the next, a lightweight solution is desired. Cordless methods, with no gas fumes and no exposed blades are ideal.  REED Bevel Boss™ cordless pipe bevelers provide a safe way for operators to bevel pipe in the field. Bevel Boss trims small to large diameter plastic pipe, including pipe already in the ditch. Powered by a die grinder of operator’s choice, this lightweight system significantly reduces prep time by quickly and consistently beveling on multiple cuts. Adjustable for bevel length up to 1 inch, the required carbide router bits cut evenly and efficiently. Plus, the guide plate eliminates guesswork and yields a consistent result. The RPMs from the powerful die grinder provide smooth cuts when paired with REED router bits.

    Bevel Boss cordless pipe beveler adapts to cut pipe interiors, too. Electrical and utility contractors deburr to make pipe interiors snag-free for running wires. To create internal bevels, add the REED interior beveler shroud with guide plate, CPBIDS.

  • Clean Ream Extreme® Plastic Pipe Fitting Reamers
    Reuse PVC fittings after a good clean-out from a durable, smooth-cutting fitting reamer / hub saver....

    • Money-saving plastic pipe reamers (also know as socket savers and/or hub savers) are designed to clean out the old or broken pipe and leftover solvent cement from a fitting so the fitting can be reused. Though fittings are not expensive, changing them can be burdensome based on their location. Clean Ream Extreme work on Sch. 40 PVC, CPVC or ABS to save time and material costs. They fit into standard ½” drills. Clean Ream Extreme socket savers work great for vent lines, drain lines, and water lines. Carbide cutting insert on socket saver provides a cutting edge on each side. Rotate the Clean Ream cutting insert before replacement and receive three additional cutting edges.

Its unique design makes REED Bevel Boss™ the only tool in the industry that provides a safe and speedy way to bevel. Cordless pipe beveler trims small to large diameter plastic pipe, including pipe already in the ditch. This lightweight tool significantly reduces prep time by quickly and consistently beveling when doing multiple cuts. Used on PVC and CPVC plastic pipe including C900, Corzan® CPVC, Bionax® PVCO (C909) and also ABS. Add bevels on most PVC glued joints and some sizes of bell and gasket joints.Adjustable for bevel length up to 1 inch, the required carbide Router Bits cut evenly and efficiently. Battery-powered, this cordless pipe beveler has no fumes! Plus, the guide plate eliminates guesswork about the cut and yields a consistent result. To eliminate damage to the gasket, a pipe bevel is required when installing into a pipe bell. Bevels on cement joints allow for even distribution of solvent cement glue to maximize glue contact area.     • REED Pump Stick® is a versatile and durable, battery operated transfer pump that provides a portable, jobsite friendly way to remove water. Applications are numerous due to the adaptable construction of the pump. Use with operator's own 18V-20V battery by replacing the Battery Adapter Plate with one designed for common, slide style battery models. This battery powered utility pump has a hard shell, aluminum main body shaft outlasts the competition. For safety, the on/off switch is sealed and water-resistant. To keep the impeller operative, choose from multiple screens, strainers and filters to find the right type for the job. REED Pump Stick® cordless water transfer pump (08140, 08141) ships with a 2 foot hose, but adding extra length is easy with the 4 foot and 7 foot hose extensions plus the hose coupling. The battery operated utility pump has extra hoses and hose couplings to complete the set-up for deep pits. Long, slim design allows operator to place the cordless water transfer pump deep into small cavities as the pump is 38 inches from bottom tip to hose outlet. And, Pump Stick is capable of lifting water up to 12 feet above the bottom of the pump. A comfort grip handle at the top brings the pump to 4 feet for operational ease. For extra deep reach, add the optional 24 inch comfort grip handle to bring total pump length to 66.5 inches, tip to tip. Universally useful, the Pump Stick battery operated liquid transfer pump is a must-have for contractors and maintenance departments.

    Provides external chamfer/bevel on plastic pipe. Fits six pipe diameters in one tool. Suitable for PVC, CPVC, ABS and PP. Deburr and chamfer in the same rotation using DEB4....

    • One easy revolution of REED exclusive DEB4 deburrs and produces a 15° external chamfer in seconds. DEB4 deburrs the outside of the pipe only to allow easy assembly into fittings. It fits comfortably in one’s hand for a secure grip. As an alternative to hand turning, there’s a ½” square drive pocket on the backside for use with a ratchet wrench. DEB4 creates a smooth, chamfered pipe end so solvent can be spread evenly for pipe joining. Aluminum die-cast DEB4 features a hardened steel blade that is reversible, sharpenable and replaceable. Fits six nominal pipe sizes of PVC, CPVC, ABS and PP up through 4” diameter.
