CIPHEX West 2021 takes place November 3 and 4, 2021 at the Pacific Coliseum at the PNE in Vancouver, British Columbia.

No downtown traffic or parking hassles. Our new location is easier to reach and more convenient - plus we are providing FREE PARKING for exhibitors and attendees. 

a new building means a new floorplan

Attendees will enter through the Concourse level and exit through the Floor level. Only booths on the Floor Level are available to exhibitors.

Available booths are BLUE.

Sold/occupied booths are YELLOW. If you place your cursor over a "sold" booth or click on that booth, the system will show you the name of the exhibitor occupying that space.

NEW FOR 2021: Full sidewalls may be required. Check back for full details closer to the show. Exhibitors can build out the full 10ft from their backwall. Side walls can be between eight (8) feet and ten (10) feet in height, no higher, no lower. If you have ordered a turnkey booth package, the display will conform to these regulations. For all booths where show management is providing complimentary booth drape, the side walls will be eight (8) feet high on both sides of your booth, extending from the back of your booth for the full ten (10) feet.

NEW FOR 2021: Flooring is not mandatory for your booth.  Note that the exhibition floor (aisles) will not be carpeted — so exhibitors may choose to include carpet or another type of floor covering for aesthetic and comfort if they choose.
